When Users are contacting us, we collect certain data. First, through our website or when Users create an account. Your personal data is kept private and is fully processed in a secure manner, and in accordance with a reasonable retention period. We warrant a safe and secure form of data transmission. FastPages.io makes use of third parties to operate our services and conduct our business. These parties have no or limited access to your data. Each Data Processor may make use of their own respective Data Processors. They shall – at all times – have the legal obligation to offer the same level of privacy as we do. We will never take any responsibility or be liable for data leaks or breaches made by the Data Processors listed above, or their sub-processors. 

In case your personal information is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the country it is transferred to must have the same level of privacy and data protection laws and regulations as laid down in the GDPR and CCPA.
7. Users’ Rights
Under the GDPR, you are considered a Data Subject with certain fundamental rights as listed hereunder: 

7.1 Access
You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal data we have stored and on your request, we will provide information about how we collect and process your data.

7.2 Rectification
If your data is incomplete or incorrect, you can correct it yourself by logging in or by contacting us at privacy@FastPages.io.

7.3 Erasure
When you believe don’t have a good reason anymore to collect and process your personal data for a longer period of time, each User can request the full erasure of the personal data. We will immediately award such a request, unless there is a legal obligation to keep your personal data for a longer period of time.

On your request, we shall always give you a copy of your data in a machine-readable format, or transfer it directly to a new Controller. 

7.5 Objection
You may always request us to discontinue the collecting and processing of your personal data in a particular way. Besides, you can always object the processing of your data when we do so based on your consent. Please contact us.

We would like to resolve any complaint you have directly with you. Please contact us at privacy@FastPages.io. In any event, you also have the right to complain to your national Data Protection Authority.

We may send you specific offers related to our business unless you have opted out from receiving them. We always provide Users the option to cancel receiving such offers. However, you cannot opt-out from communications that are necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations with you.
